Vienna is considered the world capital of classical music. One of its leading musical ensembles is the Vienna Hofburg Orchestra, founded in 1971 under the baton of conductor Gert Hofbauer. Following his passing in August 2017, Giuseppe Montesano took over as the orchestra’s director.
During the 1.5-hour concert, you’ll enjoy a musical performance featuring around 40 musicians, opera singers, and a distinguished ensemble of classical ballet dancers.
The concert program is based on the most famous works of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and the Strauss family.
