Localizamos bien el punto de encuentro, nos guiaron hasta las góndolas y nos las asignaron. En cada una íbamos entre 4 y 5 personas. El recorrido fue muy bonito. La única pega fue el gondolero que venía con nosotros. No abrió la boca ni para saludar. Sin embargo, se podía ver cómo el resto de gondoleros hablaban con los usuarios y les contaban historias de las zonas por las que pasábamos. Translate this opinion into English.

El servicio para dirigirnos y organizarnos a los grupos para subir a cada gondola estuvo bien, sin embargo por parte del gondolero no hubo ninguna explicacion o guia de los sectores que ibamos pasando. El se dedico a hablar en italiano con el otro gondoloera que iba adelante como si nosotros fuimos a escucharlos de su charla, eso estuvo fatal. Fue asi todo el trayecto el cual fue muy corto de apenas 20 minutos. En realidad hubiese llegado a Venecia y contrataba el servicio por mucho menos

The service for directing and organizing the groups to board each gondola was fine; however, the gondolier offered no explanation or guidance about the areas we were passing. He spent his time speaking Italian with the other gondolier in front of us, as if we were there to listen to their conversation. That was awful. Se entiende que es una actividad comercial, no lo genuino en Venecia. Íbamos 4 personas en la misma gondola , hasta ahí bien. No tuvimos explicaciones de parte del operador ni del gondolero de donde estábamos, qué sitios estábamos viendo. Para terminar me he llevado de regalo la bronca del gondolero cuando al bajar he resbalado y caído. En vez de preguntar cómo estoy, me ha llamado la atención por no mantener la atención, cosa que el juzgó desde el primer momento. El turista no entiende gritos.

Hay muchos trayectos y este no es el mejor y no resulta barato a pesar de ser góndolas compartidas. Los gondoleros estuvieron libres mucho rato y a pesar de eso l agencia no nos había dejado cambiar la hora a pesar de ir con una persona que no podía andar mucho y la tuvimos que entretener mucho rato hasta la hora del ticket... A pesar de que esperando había góndolas libres

El paseo como tal muy lindo y encantador. Pero una estafa el valor que te cobra Civitatis. Acá en el lugar te alquilan la góndola en 90 euros por los 5 pasajeros, y si sos dos personas pero pagas los 90 vas solo. Sin embargo Civitatis cobró 80 euros para dos personas y compartiendo con otras personas. Es decir que deberían cobrar menos o dártela completa sin otra gente.

The ride itself was very beautiful and charming. But the price charged by Civitatis is a rip-off. Here at the location, they rent the gondola for 90 euros for up to 5 passengers, and if there are two of you but you pay the 90 euros, you get to ride alone. However, Civitatis charged 80 euros for two people, even sharing with others. They should charge less or let you ride the entire gondola without other passengers.

Nuestro gondolero no abrió la Boca en todo el recorrido, Iba mirando el móvil y nos tocó sentarnos en las sillas pequeñas todo el rato. No se guardó orden de llegada para escoger sitio.
