Nos buscaron por Copacabana, el autobús turístico era muy cómodo; de ida hicimos una parada breve y el paradero era muy grande, limpio y cómodo con todos los servicios y tiendas necesarias. El cronograma fue bien equilibrado para conocer lo básico del lugar y disfrutar de sus playas espectaculares. El guía y toda la tripulación del barco fue muy atenta en todo momento. Estuvo muy bien la actividad. La guia excelente tambien y los del barco. Lo único que no me gustó es que hubo muchas demoras en la búsqueda de otras personas y eso retrasó mucho el viaje (muy impuntuales los pasajeros). Eso hizo demora y que el retorno y el almuerzo final sea muy tarde (cerca de las 16 hs). El barco se demoró un montón en el frente del embarcadero porque había personas del viaje que no habían pagado las consumisiones (las que deberían haberse cobrado al momento de solicitarlas). La organización fue un desastre, el viaje duró casi 5 horas desde que nos subimos al bus , llegamos a la playa cerca de las 13:00, Karla nuestra guía no nos contó nada acerca de los sitios que visitamos y ni siquiera estaba pendiente de cuando volvía la gente, en unas de las paradas nos dejamos abandonados a una pareja, no recomiendo la excursión para nada

The organization was a disaster. The trip lasted almost 5 hours from when we got on the bus. We arrived at the beach around 1:00 PM. Karla, our guide, didn't tell us anything about the places we visited and wasn't even keeping track of when people were returning. At one of the stops, we had to leave a couple behind. I don't recommend this excursion at all.

Esta actividad no es nada recomendable, ya que en muchísimas ocasiones se cancela el tour del barco. Si te lo cancelan, como a nosotros nos pasó, te hacen pagar igualmente la tasa de marina sin utilizar el barco, ya que alegan que los 3 paseos en taxi grupal al Pontal do Atalaia , comer y otra playa, les sale más caro que el paseo en barco y por eso se quedan la tasa de Marina. Es un despropósito. Alegan que nos avisaron con antelación y no nos avisaron de nada. Lo mejor fue Karla, la guía.

This activity is not recommended at all, as the boat tour is frequently canceled. If it's canceled, as happened to us, they still make you pay the marina fee without using the boat, claiming that the three group taxi rides to Pontal do Atalaia, lunch, and another beach cost them more than the boat trip, so they keep the marina fee. Entiendo que en temas de clima no es su culpa, pero el recorrido fue bastante corto debido a la alta marea/fuertes vientos. Algo que hizo la experiencia no tan agradable, es que a nuestro (3) le tocó separarse porque el bus en el que se hizo el tour era muy pequeño, lo que hizo que 2 fueran atrás y 1 adelante con el conductor. Al guía se le olvidaba que ambos idiomas (esp/por) son muy parecidos, hacía comentarios ofensivos hacia el grupo sin importar que le entendiéramos.

I understand that the weather isn't their fault, but the tour was quite short due to the high tide and strong winds. Something that made the experience less than pleasant was that our group of three had to split up because the bus was too small, so two of us sat in the back and one in the front with the driver. The guide kept forgetting that Spanish and Portuguese are very similar and made offensive comments to the group, even though we understood him.

Demasiadas paradas en los traslados. Llegamos tarde. El servicio de traslado en Arraial hasta el puerto fue en remis por grupos , Muy lento. Perdimos tiempo. Llegamos tarde a la playa . El lugar donde fuimos a almorzar era feo, no estaba preparado. 1 solo baño para mucha gente Volvimos muy tarde , tambien la vuelta del comedor al bus fue en remis, servicio malo y lento

Too many stops during transfers. We arrived late. The transfer service from Arraial to the port was in private taxis for groups, very slow. We lost time. We arrived late to the beach. El guía fue muy amable y bueno, pero el paseo en barco fue cancelado hubo muchísimo viento y no fue una experiencia tan agradable, sabemos que el guía no se puede hacer cargo de el clima es algo obvio. Pero en estos casos debería existir un reembolso de una parte de él tour ya que por ese dinero la experiencia no valió la pena.

The guide was very friendly and helpful, but the boat trip was canceled due to extreme winds, making it a less than enjoyable experience. We understand that the guide can't control the weather; that's obvious. However, in these situations, there should be a partial refund for the tour, as the experience wasn't worth the money.
