Recogida tarde, en el hotel, en cuanto al guia, en la parada del teleférico, al subir al bus nos dijo que el chofer había tenido que limpiar nuestros asientos, sin confirmar que habíamos sido nosotros los que habíamos manchado algo. Para colmo una hora de espera en el bus de vuelta intentando arreglar el aire acondicionado, que no funcionó, así que cansadísimo y acalorado trayecto

Late pickup at the hotel. El guía Juan Carlos y la puntualidad de 10, todo funcionó genial. El teleférico también. Lo único malo es que el parque sólo deja estar 1 hora arriba, así que tienes que ir pendiente del reloj para no perder el bus, no hacer más de una ruta...Para los 50€ que cobra el parque, podrían estirarse un poco. La excursión está bien: te recogen en un punto, te llevan al Teide, te dan la entrada del teleférico, te llevan a hacer una foto en los Roques de García (apenas para hacerte un par de fotos rápidas) y te devuelven al punto de recogida. El autobús y la guía correctos, nada que objetar. Quizá no leí bien o quizá mis expectativas eran grandes... Pero más allá de algunas explicaciones de la guía durante el recorrido, la excursión es un simple transfer al Teide.

The excursion is fine: they pick you up at a certain point, take you to Mount Teide, give you the cable car ticket, take you to the Roques de García (just enough time for a couple of quick photos), and then return you to the pick-up point. The bus and the guide were adequate, nothing to complain about. Perhaps I didn't read the description carefully, or perhaps my expectations were too high... But beyond a few explanations from the guide during the tour, the excursion is simply a transfer to Mount Teide.

Normal. Esperaba más. Se hace muy pesada la excursión en tres idiomas diferentes. Parada ilógica de 25 minutos en un bar que dejaba mucho que desear en el trayecto de subida (no estaba especificado y lógicamente, ibamos desayunados), volvemos a parar en la bajada, sin sentido porque habíamos ido al baño hacía 30 minutos. Pocas explicaciones por parte de la guía. Teleférico sobrecargado, no había donde agarrarse. En fin, por el precio, esperaba más

An incredible experience from beginning to end. Mount Teide is spectacular, but a large part of why the excursion was so good is due to the team that accompanied us. José, the driver, was fantastic. La actividad me gustó mucho. La guia durante todo el viaje de ida al Teide nos fue dando detalles de Tenerife y de la zona del parque Natural. La única pega es que como iva repitiendo la información en Ingles y Aleman a parte del español, se hacia pesado en algunos momentos. No hubo que esperar colas en el telesférico, lo que no me gustó es que la guia no avisó de que los senderos arriba estaban cerrados para el publico. La excursión muy bien, tanto la recogida, la guia, el chofer, la visita. Todo muy bien. Excepto que habia una nube y no nos dejaron subir al Teide. Nos dijeron que nos devolverían el dinero al cabo de uno o dos días y nosotros que lo pagamos a través de agencia, al cabo de más de una semana aún estamos esperando la devolución.

Nous apprenons la veille sur notre sollicitation pour confirmer l'heure et le lieu départ qu'il n'y aura pas de commentaire en français.
