Pessimo. Chegamos 30 minutos antes do horário e na hora de entrar fomos comunicados que o passeio havia sido cancelado. Segundo prestador não foi possível avisar porque a civitatis não repassa o contato nem mensagens. Falaram que foi feito reembolso mas até agora não recebemos nada. Prestador agendou em outro dia para corrigir seu erro, mas se ele fez reembolso porque não recebi ? Comprei com a civitatis mas na hora tive que me virar como provedor local. Se é assim melhor fazer reserva direto.

Terrible. We arrived 30 minutes early and when it was time to enter, we were informed that the tour had been canceled. According to the provider, it was not possible to notify us because Civitatis does not pass on contact information or messages. They said a refund was issued, but we haven't received anything so far. The provider scheduled another day to correct their mistake, but if they issued a refund, why haven't I received it? I booked with Civitatis, but at the time I had to manage as a local provider. If that's the case, it's better to make the reservation directly.

Seeing the last supper painting was beautiful! However, our guide had extremely broken English and we couldn’t actually hear not understand her at all. She was also sick and continuously coughed into the mic. We honestly had no idea what she was saying the entire time and I felt like this tour was a complete waste of money. We were really looking forward to this tour so it was very disappointing. We ended up just looking up the history of the church and the painting online during the tour.
