The hot air balloon ride was great. Well organised and an incredible flight with easy pick up the other end. Other parts of the morning were not necessary and the driver’s communication during the crazy traffic could have been better to make life easier for us.

O passeio de balão foi excelente, mas o motorista do transfer foi muito desorganizado e confuso com as instruçôes. Nos deixou no portão de entrada do complexo de pirâmides sem os ingressos, tivemos que aguardar 20 minutos na entrada para voltar com os ingressos. Na volta para a cidade do mexico, nos passou um ponto de encontro diferente da dos demais passageiros, maisnuma vez tivemos que aguardar debaixo do sol por 30 minutos para que nos encontrasse. The balloon ride was excellent, but the transfer driver was very disorganized and confused with the instructions. He left us at the entrance gate of the pyramid complex without our tickets, we had to wait 20 minutes at the entrance to return with our tickets. On the way back to Mexico City, we were given a different meeting point than the other passengers, but once again we had to wait under the sun for 30 minutes for them to find us. Opinion translated. Amazing experience for my family. This was our first time on a hot air balloon and it exceeded our expectations. We got there before sunrise and the view of the valley and pyramids during sunrise is awesome to behold. We went for the private tour option and the organizer arranged a private car pickup from hotel, completed the balloon ride, drove us to a breakfast buffet, got us to the Pyramid complex, and dropped us back to the hotel

Such an amazing experience. We took a private hot air balloon ride (two people plus it amazing pilot Franky who spoke enough English to chat and answer questions). It was incredible to see the sunrise from the air, with all the other balloons. We flew right over the pyramids at a low elevation, then went up about 400 meters. We also purchased the photos and videos. The photographer is exceptional, so definitely suggest at least buying the photos.

Excellent tour. Well worth the early start to see the sun rise form the balloon over the pyramids. Our photographer Arturo took some lovely photos of us. Would recommend taking up the option of the afternoon tour of the local area and the pyramids for an entertaining time with the guide Martin.

The flight itself was great - beautiful sunrise views. The driver accompanying us during the trip and the balloon pilot was fantastic. The pick-up time could be later because we sat 30 min waiting for the flight to start. Breakfast, quite expectedly, was skewed towards Mexican cuisine. It was hard to find smth less authentic to eat (except pancakes and fruits). The museum at Piramides was closed, so 2h of free time after such an early start was a bit exhausting.

The landing was a bit chaotic & we had to wait until they packed up the balloon. It was very cold and the truck that took us back to the starting point was EXTREMELY dirty. All that said, it was a wonderful experience & highly recommend it.

The flight was great including our nice pilot. But we started with the wrong foot when they didn’t pick us up till almost an hour after the scheduled time. And we were asked to stay outside, so that wasn’t great. Also I think the price for the pictures are a little too high. They were charging me 20$ (American dollars)/300$ Mexican pesos for only ONE picture. Well. That’s all! But the flight was good!

Our local team tries to adhere the scheduled time, but delays may occur due to organizational reasons or traffic delays. We take note of your feedback to continue to improve our services.

La actividad se vende como "Paseo en globo por Teotihuacán", pero lo cierto es que el globo apenas se aproxima al yacimiento y las pirámides solo se ven en la lejanía. Además, el vuelo en sí apenas dura 15 minutos, no los 45 que decía la web (estafa total). Eso sí, antes y durante el vuelo te hacen multitud de fotografías para vendértelas después. Tras el vuelo te dicen que habrá una explicación cultural, pero realmente te llevan a una tienda; y apenas queda tiempo para visitar bien Teotihuacán.

The activity is sold as "Teotihuacán balloon ride", but the truth is that the balloon barely approaches the site and the pyramids can only be seen in the distance. In addition, the flight itself only lasts 15 minutes, not the 45 that the website said (total scam). Of course, before and during the flight they take a multitude of photographs to sell them to you later. After the flight they tell you that there will be a cultural explanation, but they really take you to a store; and there is hardly any time left to visit Teotihuacán well.

Hemos verificado con nuestro equipo local que el paseo se desarrolló durante casi 40 minutos y que tal y como se os informó el piloto solo asciende o desciende el globo. Al no contar con tren de aterrizaje no se puede direccionar el globo pero en esta ocasión si se acercaron a zona arqueológica. Las fotografías son algo opcional, no se tienen que comprar si uno no lo desea. Sentimos si tus expectativas no se cumplieron. Translate this opinion into English.
