Highlands & Harry Potter Train Experience

At the indicated time, on the day of your tour, we'll leave from 15 Union Street and set off on our tour of the Scottish Highlands. Our first stop will be on the shores of Loch Ness, so keep your eyes peeled for Nessie, the loch's mythical monster! We'll also make a stop to admire Urquhart Castle.

The next stop on our tour will be at the Commando Memorial, constructed in honour of the Second World War combatants. From here, if the weather permits, we'll have the opportunity to see impressive views of Ben Nevis, Scotland's highest mountain.

Then, the Hogwarts Express awaits us! We'll board the Jacobite train, better known as the Harry Potter train. As you get comfortable, we'll travel past the deepest lake, the shortest river and the westernmost railway station in Scotland. We'll get off the train at the fishing village of Mallaig, where you'll have an hour free for lunch in this beautiful town.

The last stop on the tour will be at Fort Augustus to admire the surroundings of the Caledonian Canal and Loch Ness. We'll also make a brief stop at Dores Beach.

After a 12.5-hour trip, we'll arrive back at the meeting point in Inverness.
