La culpa no es de Civitatis. Pero deberían dejar de trabajar con este operador. Me mandaron información errónea (el número de atención también) y luego la atención telefónica lamentable. Además del caos en la zona de pasaportes (que te dejan sólo). en Albania el autobús falló, estuvimos media hora hasta que vino otro. Los atascos son horribles y pasamos más tiempo en el autobús que en Butrinto. Además la visita a Saranda la cancelaron por falta de tiempo. Los guías se sabían su texto y ya.fatal

It's not Civitatis' fault. But they should stop working with this operator. They sent me incorrect information (including the wrong customer service number) and then the phone service was appalling. Besides the chaos in the passport control area (where they leave you to fend for yourself), in Albania the bus broke down; we waited half an hour for another one. The traffic jams are horrendous, and we spent more time on the bus than in Butrint. Furthermore, the visit to Saranda was canceled due to lack of time. The guides just knew their script and that was it. Awful.

Lamentablemente no está al nivel de otras actividades de Civitatis. Falta clara y evidente de organización y atención, el buffet también mal organizado, y pésima atención al cliente por parte de los camareros. Como nota positiva el guía de Butrinto, muy bueno. Me da pena, soy clienta habitual de Civitatis en diversos paises y esta actividad es sin duda la menos recomendable, no está a la altura habitual.

Unfortunately, this experience doesn't live up to the standard of other Civitatis activities. There's a clear and obvious lack of organization and attention to detail, the buffet is poorly organized, and the waiters provide terrible customer service. On a positive note, the guide in Butrint was very good. It's a shame, as I'm a regular Civitatis customer in various countries, and this activity is definitely the least recommendable; it falls far short of the usual quality.

buen guía que nos proporcionó información interesante del sitio arqueológico. Lo peor; el embarque en el ferry fue extremadamente caótico y lento con más de una hora de espera en un calor insoportable, personal de Ionian Cruises tratándonos como ganado, y cobrando una tasa portuaria de 20 euros que no estaba incluido en el precio ni tampoco debidamente publicitado en el anuncio de Civitatis. Y aún peor, la comida del buffet, espantosamente mala y bebidas no incluidas a precios abusivos.

The guide was good and provided us with interesting information about the archaeological site. The worst part: boarding the ferry was extremely chaotic and slow, with over an hour's wait in unbearable heat. Ionian Cruises staff treated us like cattle and charged a €20 port tax that wasn't included in the price and wasn't properly advertised on Civitatis. Even worse, the buffet food was appalling, and the drinks weren't included and were exorbitantly priced.

Excursión pesada por los controles de ida y vuelta, el guía se extendía en exceso en explicaciones y el precio de las bebidas en el bufett era excesivo, prácticamente pagabas de nuevo la comida. El yacimiento arqueológico está bien.

Ionian cruises estuvo genial, civitatis no tanto. La excursion recogida, explicacion por parte de los guias, tanto la mujer que nos guio en el barco como la del hombre albanes que nos explico todo lo de buteinto y la simplificacion de paso de aduanas y en la excusion a butrinto a traves de la tarjeta de plastico que te dan es la bomba, la comida estuvo realmente rica para lo que suelen dar en este tipo de excusion, ensalada, remolacha, pollo sin estar seco y arroz. Butrinto merece muchísimo la pena, pero en general el ritmo de la visita fue excesivamente acelerado. Comimos como pavos, en poquísimo tiempo. En Saranda tuvimos un rato para tomar algo tranquilas, pero nos faltó poco para perder el barco, porque entendimos mal la hora del regreso y llegamos 10 minutos tarde. Si los tiempos hubieran sido más holgados no habría pasado. Entiendo que los guías llevan un horario muy estricto y tienen que cumplirlo, pero me resultó todo un poco estresante.

Butrint is absolutely worth the visit, but overall the pace of the visit was excessively rushed. We ate like crazy in a very short time. In Saranda, we had a few moments to have a quiet drink, but we almost missed the boat because we misunderstood the return time and arrived 10 minutes late. If we had had more time, it wouldn't have happened. I understand that the guides have a very strict schedule and have to stick to it, but I found it all a bit stressful.

La organización de los buses por idioma fue pésima. La comida me decepcionó. El momento del embarque confuso, no se escuchaba o se vía que cuando había que pasar. Al momento de pagar las taxes fue extremadamente lento , no cuentan con sistema es manual. Las guías hicieron buen trabajo con sus explicaciones y ayuda, fueron muy amables.

The bus scheduling by language was terrible. The food disappointed me. Boarding was confusing; you couldn't hear or see when you had to go through. Paying taxes was extremely slow; they don't have a manual system. The guides did a good job explaining and helping, and they were very friendly.
